COLOR MATCH WARNING

Printing on plastic generates different ink color results than printing on paper.

Some color variation can be expected due to heat lamination, bleed film and plastic color.

Printing on colored plastic will alter the color of the ink.

To request a color match (PMS or custom) on color vinyl will result in additional color match charges (contact factory for details).

PMS color matching on colored plastic is not guaranteed.

COPY CHANGES

Copy changes may incur additional artwork fees and may delay production and delivery time.

CUSTOM FABRICATION

Jobs requiring custom dies, tooling and fabrication must be accompanied by detailed, scaled drawing.

DROP SHIPMENTS

No additional charges if customer supplies detailed instructions, shipping labels and packing lists.

INFRINGEMENT

When orders are manufactured to customer's specifications, the customer shall hold seller harmless from liability for patent or copyright infringement, property rights violations, claims of libel, scandal or obscenity, invasion of privacy or other personal rights violations.

INK COLORS

Standard ink colors include Black, White, Reflex Blue, 186 Red, 469 Brown, 348 Green, 165 Orange, 202 Burgundy and Yellow C.

All other PMS colors and custom color matches are available (Additional charges may apply).

For PMS color matches on white stock, expect a color variation of +/- 1/2 PMS color due to various production processes.

LIABILITY

Seller's liability is limited to replacement or refund of products not manufactured to customer's specifications as approved.

Under no circumstances will the seller be liable for special or consequential damages.

ADVERTISING & PROMOTION

We reserve the right to feature any product in our advertising, unless specified prior to sale.

CANCELLATIONS

Costs incurred for artwork, plates, composition and all work-completed prior to cancellation will be billed at current rates.

ORDER ACCEPTANCE

We reserve the right to accept or reject any job. Pricing and delivery quoted are subject to receipt and clarification of final artwork and specifications.

PACKAGING

Standard packaging is bulk. Call with specifications for custom packaging.

PLASTIC STOCK COLORS

Standard colors include White, Gold and Silver. More colors available upon request. Colored stock may vary from shipment to shipment: therefore we cannot guarantee exact shade match on repeat orders.

PRODUCTION TIME

Production time will vary for plastic card printing. Production time will be determined at time of price quote or order, based on complexity of said order/quote.

Services such as affixing, barcoding, numbering, etc. will add to total production time.

Production time does not start until all artwork/proofs and specifications are received, clarified and approved in writing.

We will not assume any responsibility for delays in transportation or any other causes beyond our control.

If an order is required for a special event, the date and means of delivery must be specified at the time of order.

RETURNS

All claims for returns must be made within 30 days of shipment. No returns accepted without authorization from factory. All shipping charges are the customer's responsibility. Cards that have excessive amounts of debris or missing cards and cannot be serviced by Prime Card LLC will either be returned to customer without replacement, or reprinted at customers cost (at discresion of customer). Customer will then hold Prime Card LLC free from liability.

SAMPLES - PROOFS

One paper or fax/email proof will be provided at no additional charge. Additional paper/fax proofs, Color Keys, etc. are available, and will be billed at current rates.

If you supply production ready artwork (camera ready artwork, negatives, positives etc.), it will be assumed that your artwork has been approved, and unless you request a proof in writing, your job will be entered into production 'as is' without a proof.

Approved proofs and/or artwork is run as-is. Any errors on approved proofs/art that are produced will not be considered the responsibility of Prime Card.

Random samples supplied at no charge. For spec samples or press proofs, contact Prime Card for quote.

SHIPPING

All orders are F.O.B. shipping point and will be sent UPS Ground. Shipment by other means is available at customer's request and expense.

NUMBERING

All numbering must be supplied by customer before production will begin. Prime Card is not responsible for keeping records of numbering sequence, barcodes, encoding, consecutive numbering or any numbering scheme. Customers must supply any number sequence required to complete job.

LIMITED WARRANTY

PRIME CARD LLC hereby warrants solely and exclusively to the original purchaser of its plastic card products that, in the event the products fail to conform to their contract description and specifications due to fault of PRIME CARD LLC and not due to faulty specifications or data from the purchaser, PRIME CARD LLC will, at its option and if notified of the nonconformity promptly but in no event more than 30 days after delivery, repair such products or replace them by delivering conforming plastic card products in bulk to the original purchaser as originally ordered, failing which PRIME CARD LLC will return to the original purchaser the price paid (minus shipping) to PRIME CARD LLC for such products, which shall in all events be the limit of PRIME CARD LLC's liability. The foregoing remedy shall be exclusive. PRIME CARD LLC DISCLAIMS ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, STATUTORY OR OTHERWISE, WITH RESPECT TO ITS PLASTIC CARD PRODUCTS, INCLUDING ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR ARISING FROM COURSE OF DEALING, USAGE, OR TRADE PRACTICE. EXCEPT FOR ITS REPAIR, REPLACEMENT, OR REFUND UNDERTAKINGS SET FORTH ABOVE, PRIME CARD LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES OF ANY NATURE, INCLUDING DIRECT, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, INDIRECT, EXEMPLARY, CONSEQUENTIAL, PUNITIVE, OR MULTIPLE DAMAGES, OR FOR ATTORNEY'S FEES OR FOR THE LOSS OF DATA, SALES, OR PROFITS OR FOR INJURY TO PERSON OR PROPERTY, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH OR RESULTING FROM THE DESIGN, MANUFACTURE, USE OR SALE OF PRIME CARD LLC PLASTIC CARD PRODUCTS.
